Mix van 2- en 6-row barley; in olive grove; it will be harvested when still not fully ripe (actually quite soon, even that particulary day) and dried the same day in an oven. Then the grain is grinded and the meal/flour baked into bread. RC: so fuel is needed twice: first for drying the grain and next for baking the bread.
