Dried fruit leather (pestil), made from a mixture of mulberry pekmez (check) and fragments of walnut. The flattened pul mixture is spread over peices of textile thtat have to dry for two days. The backside of the textile is wettened in order to remove the pestil, which has to dry further for a while,
